Jens Blank

Born in 1982 in Cologne - Germany I discovered a liking for the creative arts at an early age. By regularly enhancing my surrounding furniture with wax crayons, I attracted the attention of neighbors and parents alike.

At the age of 21 I was caught by
London 's gravitational force on the creative sector, and came over to study Illustration at Camberwell College of Arts. It didn't take me long to realize that I prefer my illustrations to move and consequentially picked animation as my elective.

From that time onwards I focused my energy on converting illustration briefs into animation briefs, swapping sketchbook for lightbox and making my own films.
